A teacher at the school on the Onondaga Nation in New York has been charged with sexual abuse.
Albert Scerbo, 44, is accused of having sexual conduct with two female students, ages 7 and 8. The incidents allegedly started in September 2004 and continued recently.
The Onondaga Nation School suspended Scerbo, a music teacher, who is being held in jail.
