Liaison to Northern Arapaho Tribe resigns post

The state of Wyoming's liaison to the Northern Arapaho Tribe has resigned his post after about a year on the job.

Allison Sage, a Northern Arapaho, was appointed by Gov. Dave Freudenthal (D) to serve as one of two tribal liaisons. Sage left last month to work as a mental health counselor.

Edward Wadda remains as liaison to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. Freudenthal hasn't said when he will fill Sage's position.
