A 20-year-old Euchee man died after being shot at a party in Oklahoma.
Dakota Cloud died at a Tulsa hospital after losing massive amounts of blood. Also shot were his sister, Diane Cloud, 19, and friend Mike Solis, 19.
The incident occurred at the home of Christopher Vanmeter after a fight at the party. The Native American Times said he might not be charged because he may have acted in self-defense.
The Clouds and Solis were not armed, the paper said. Jerrra R. Dean, 20, a friend who attended the party with the group, is accused of hitting a 13-year-old juvenile during the fight.
