The Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe of Washington is near a deal to buy a golf course.
The purchase of the Dungeness Golf Course is expected to be completed by November. It's part of the tribe's effort to build a destination resort.
Plans for the resort include a seven-story resort hotel with 135 rooms and an 11,000-square-foot convenience store and gas station.
