The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College in Oklahoma has a new assistant dean.
Ted Lonewolf Jr. is a member of the Kiowa Tribe. He has bachelor's and master's degrees from Emporia State University in Kansas and doctorates from Arizona State University and the University of Oklahoma.
The Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes established the two-year college last year. It is operating under the Southwestern Oklahoma State University until it can receive accreditation.
