A Red Lake Nation man charged with first-degree murder surrendered to police on Sunday.
Jacob John Lussier, 24, is accused of killing 23-year-old Harley James Sayers. The September 30 incident occurred on the reservation.
Lussier turned himself over to county officials but he will be prosecuted in federal court.
