Most would agree that the changes have been good and that much of them are because of Oneida gaming operations. That's true, but there are other forces at work that are contributing to the tribe's wealth, its quality of life and its long-sought mission of preparing for the next seven generations � a long-held tribe philosophy.

One of the forces is Oneida Seven Generations Corp., a business most people know little about. It is a tribally chartered, tribally owned corporation to promote and enhance business and economic diversification in two ways:

# Manage related assets.
