A Native teen is still considered missing but police in Canada believe he is in good condition after finding another missing boy alive and well.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police officers are negotiating with Peter Whitmore in hopes of securing the release of 14-year-old Jordan Bruyere. Whitmore and Bruyere are holed up at an abandoned farm outside of Whitewood, Saskatchewan.
Zachary Miller, a 10-year-old boy believed to have been kidnapped by Whitmore, escaped from the farm on Tuesday. He told the people who found him that Jordan was still inside.
Whitmore is a convicted sex offender who was working with Bruyere's father under an assumed name. He has served two terms in prison for abusing children but was released in June 2005.
