Stephen Tiger, one half of the Miccosukee group Tiger Tiger, died on Monday after suffering head injuries from an apparent fall. He was 57.
Tiger formed the group with his brother, Lee. They toured the world, played with some big-name acts and won accolades for their rock music.
More recently, the brothers completed Native to this Country. It is due to be released next month.
