The leader of a white supremacist group pleaded not guilty to hate crimes for allegedly threatening and assaulting an American Indian man and allegedly assaulting a Hispanic man.
Shaun A. Walker, the chairman of the National Alliance, and two other members of the group are accused of provoking fights with minority men in the Salt Lake City area.
The attack on the Indian man occurred at a bar.
Walker faces 10 years and a $250,000 fine if convicted of hate crimes.
