The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan is breaking ground on a $15 million senior center on Friday.
The 64,000-square-foot facility will contain 32 assisted-living housing units and eight other units for elders. A health and fitness wing, a garden and walking paths are in the plans.
The building should be ready by summer or early fall 2007.
