The Crow Tribe of Montana has laid charges against three juveniles for the vandalism of a Catholic church on the reservation.
The names, genders and ages of the three youths are not known. It is not known whether they are already in custody.
St. Dennis Parish in Crow Agency was trashed early Saturday. Numerous items were broken, damaged and burned in an incident being investigated by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The community is coming together to repair the damage. Chairman Carl Venne and more than 300 tribal employees took time off work on Tuesday to help clean up the church.
