Two 12-year-old boys from the Frog Lake First Nation in Alberta have been released on bail after being charged with first-degree murder.

The teens are among seven Native youth accused in the beating death of Rocky Moyah, 38. Tribal leaders and other youth say drugs and alcohol are a factor.

Elsewhere, an 18-year-old pleaded guilty to a triple murder on the Montreal Lake Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. He admitted to killing a woman and two men in March 2005. The teen was 17 at the time.
