A 22-year-old Alaska Native man was one of the victims of a mass shooting in Seattle that left six people dead.
Justin Schwartz was known in the local rave scene as "Sushi." He was born in Bethel, Alaska, and was known for his uplifting spirit and friendliness.
Police would not confirm whether Schwartz was among the six people shot early Saturday morning. But friends and others in the local rave scene said he was one of the victims.
Schwartz maintained a profile on myspace.com [Sushi Profile]. He was often mistaken for Asian, friends said. "Umm Dude I'm ESKIMO!" he wrote on his page.
The shooter has been identified as Aaron Kyle Huff, 28. He turned the gun on himself after police confronted him.
