The Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians will start construction in April on a new clubhouse at the tribe's recently revamped golf course.

The tribe bought the Country Club at Soboba Springs in December 2004. Since then, the tribe has poured $4.5 million into major improvements at the course.

The tribe is now building a new 32,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse to replace the old one.
