The Thlopthlocco Tribal Town in Oklahoma, a federally recognized tribe, is being accused of padding its rolls in order to obtain more federal funds.

David Yargee, a tribal member and former enrollment commission official, said the tribe's membership has doubled in less than a year. When he raised the issue, he said he was ignored and not invited to meetings.

Another former enrollment commission official also said some questions were raised about the new enrollments but that he has seen no proof.

The Thlopthlocco Tribal Town is historically affiliated with the Muscogee Nation.
