Five men were arrested last week on charges of animal cruelty for staging fights between dogs and wild boars on the Seminole Reservation in Florida.
The fights took place at a home owned by a tribal member, according to news reports. It does not appear that the tribal member was one of the five who were arrested.
One of those arrested was Art Parker, the president of the International Catchdog Association. The group had a website, dixiewardogs.com, but it has since been removed from the Internet.
