The Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe of Washington is planning some big projects in the Blyn area in order to diversify its economy.
The tribe plans a seven-story resort hotel with 135 rooms. The resort will be located next to the tribe's casino in hopes of attracting more customers.
Also in the works is an 11,000-square-foot convenience store and gas station. The facility will also be located near the casino.
Finally, the tribe is moving the fire station in Blyn closer to the casino. The tribe is paying for a bigger station.
