The Tulalip Tribes filed a lawsuit against the state of Washington to challenge the opening of a state park where burial grounds have been uncovered.
The tribes want the state to stop construction on the Cama Beach State Park. Tribal officials say they don't want any more graves disturbed.
The state says it is addressing concerns raised by the Tulalips and is consulting with other tribes. But the Tulalips say no other tribe has a claim to the land and doesn't want the state to talk to other tribes.
