The Interior Department is holding a series of meetings this month on the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
Section V of the act requires Interior to consult on the development of regulations regarding Tribal Energy Resource Agreements. The purpose of the agreements is to promote tribal oversight and management of their own resources.
The schedule is as follows;
