Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal (D) appointed Edward Wadda as the state's liaison to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe.
Wadda, 36, is a Shoshone tribal member. He is an adjunct instructor at the University of Wyoming and Central Wyoming College.
Freudenthal previously appointed Allison Sage as the liaison to the Northern Arapaho Tribe.
