A team of Mississippi Choctaws defeated a group of college students at the traditional Choctaw game of toli.
The Mississippi Choctaw team faced students from the University of Georgia and Appalachian State University during a game at the Moundville archeological park in Alabama.
The Choctaws won by 32-12.
Toli is the Choctaw version of a stickball game. Players use two sticks to control the towa, or ball, and try to score by hitting poles at the opposite end of a 75-yard field.
