The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut will hold a grand opening on Thursday for its new Uncas American Indian Grill.
The eatery is named for Mohegan Chief Uncas. It features modern versions of traditional Mohegan dishes like cornmeal pudding, turkey, oysters and lobster.
The restaurant, which cost $7 million, is accompanied by a 24-hour bagel shop.
