The National Congress of American Indians is heading to Wisconsin for its 2005 mid-year session.
The conference will be held June 12-15 in Green Bay. The Oneida Nation, whose casino is located next to the conference site, is the host tribe.
Among those scheduled to address the session are Gov. Jim Doyle (D), former Republican governor and former Health and Human Services secretary Tommy Thompson, associate deputy secretary / acting assistant secretary Jim Cason and, via video, Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-North Dakota).
