The Menominee Nation tribal police arrested a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with a murder and shooting in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Cody Dean Skinkis is in tribal custody after being picked up on the reservation on Sunday.
He is awaiting extradition for allegedly starting a racially-tinged fight in Green Bay that resulted in the death of David LaCount, 21, and the serious wounding of Sam Warpinksi, 21.
"The n-word was flying everywhere," an African-American woman involved told The Green Bay Press Gazette.
It is not known if Skinkis is a Menominee tribal member but police say he has relatives on the reservation.
