A federal jury on Wednesday convicted a man from the Northern Cheyenne Reservation of sexual abuse.
Merlin John Littlesun, 38, assaulted a 20-year-old woman during a party on the reservation.
The woman was severely intoxicated and could not remember details of the incident but two teenagers testified that they witnessed the assault.
Littlesun faces a maximum sentence of 20 years and a $250,000 fine.
