A 2-year-old member of the Tulalip Tribes was killed in a car accident on the Tulalip Reservation in Washington.
Kiyaire Leoni Willson Flores was at the home of his grandparents on March 26 when he ran into the road. He was struck by the car and died at the scene.
The death has his Flores' family and the tribe hard, said Tulalip Tribes board member Les Parks.
