The Redding Rancheria of northern California will be seeing a change in leadership next month but it won't be a drastic one.
Barbara Murphy, 65, the long-time CEO of the tribe's economic enterprise, will become the new chairwoman. Tracy Edwards, 35, the current chair, will become the CEO.
The tribe has seen great success since building a casino and hotel. Murphy and Edwards plan to acquire more land and diversify the tribe's economy.
