The FBI has laid voluntary manslaughter charges in the beating death of a man on the Choctaw Reservation in Mississippi.
Lorenzo Kent Wallace, 21, was charged with beating Bennie Wayne Stafford, 24. Both are Choctaw.
Stafford's body was found on the reservation on February 8. Bennie Stafford Jr., Stafford�s father, said authorities are moving too slow to investigate the crime. He believes other people were involved.
