Elderly couple's death being investigated

Tribal, federal and local authorities are continuing to investigate the deaths of an elderly couple on the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana.

Alvin Albert Feiock, 77, and his wife, Winona Fieock, 70, were found in their home on Sunday. It is believed Winona, a Fort Peck tribal member, died in March and that Alvin may have been dead for several years. Authorities say both died of natural causes.

People in Brocktown, a small community on the reservation, said the couple was reclusive. A neighbor said she last saw Winona about 12 to 18 months ago. Alvin was last seen in 1994.

Adding to the mystery is that their daughter lived at the home intermittently and was seen there recently. It is not known why the deaths were not reported.

Authorities say they will release more information after the autopsies are concluded.
