An elementary school in northern New Mexico is teaching a new generation how to speak the Tewa language.
Tesuque Elementary School offers a program in the language. Students meet three times a week to learn Tewa, spoken by five tribes in New Mexico.
The school is located in Tesuque Pueblo, a tribe located just outside Santa Fe.
