The U.S. Attorney in Utah is weighing possible murder charges against a member of the Ute Tribe who is accused of shooting his cousin on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
The 18-year-old man allegedly his shot 31-year-old cousin in his car at point blank rage.
He is being held in a tribal jail pending federal charges.
The name of the cousin was not reported. Two witnesses allegedly saw the shooting.
