A woman from the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota is suing an Indian Health Services doctor of inappropriate conduct during a visit to an IHS hospital.
Tamara Star Comes Out says Mohammad Ahsan touched her inappropriately. She is seeking financial compensation, punitive damages and other costs from Ahsan and VISTA Staffing Solutions, a staffing company that placed Ahsan at the IHS hospital on the reservation.
