Colorado tribe's detention officer accused of rape

A detention officer for the Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado is charged with raping a woman in her home.

Jerone Joseph Olguin, 31, reportedly entered the home of the woman, identified himself as a police officer and told teens at the home it was OK for them to drink. The woman's daughter then said Olguin raped her mother, who had been drinking.

The incident occurred in Bayfield, a town near the Southern Ute Reservation.
