The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut is getting ready for Schemitzun, its 10th annual Feast of Green Corn and Dance.
The tribe is expecting 3,000 dancers, 100 vendors and thousands of spectators at the
four-day festival. It starts August 25.
The Mohegan Tribe is also getting ready for its Wigwam Festival. It takes place this Saturday and Sunday.
