Residents of Arizona must present some form of identification to vote under new rules approved by state officials on Wednesday.

A tribal enrollment card or other tribal identification with photograph, name and address will be accepted at the polls.

For those without photo identification, two forms of documentation must be presented. The list includes an Indian census card or other type of tribal card.

The rules must be approved by the Department of Justice to ensure minority voting rights aren't violated.
