Mining is illegal on reservations in Brazil but that hasn't stopped a flood of mining activity on Yanomami tribal land.
At least five landing strips and eight mines have been illegally located on the Yanomami reservation, according to an Indian rights group. The activity has brought diseases to the tribe, one of the most remote in the country.
Yanomami leaders say the government isn't doing anything to stop the mining.
