A third person pleaded guilty on Thursday stealing nearly $20,000 from the Crow Tribe's housing program.

Wayne A.P. Other Medicine, 34, is the last of three co-defendants charged in the embezzlement scheme. As the former finance director for the housing authority, said he used the money to pay bills and to support his wife and four children.

Dwight Elwin Stewart, 55, the former director, and Billie K. Tall Bull, 34, the former administrative assistant, previously pleaded guilty to theft. Stewart was sentenced to four years of probation and ordered to pay restitution. Other Medicine and Tall Bull are awaiting sentencing.
