Officers in fatal shooting of Indian man back on job

Two sheriff's deputies in Clearwater County, Minnesota, are back on the job after taking leave for the fatal shooting death of a man on the White Earth Ojibwe Reservation.

A report is due on the fatal shooting of Franklin Brown, 21, as early as today, The Grand Forks Herald. A law enforcement source told the paper that the report shows that Brown had a weapon in his hand when the deputies came to his house.

Brown's family has questioned the handling of the incident.
