The Chehalis Tribe is in discussions with Great Wolf Resorts to bring the family-oriented resort to Washington.
A final deal hasn't been signed but could include a 300-room hotel, a 25,000-square-foot conference center and an indoor water park. The resort would be located on 43 acres near I-5 that the tribe hopes to have placed in trust.
Great Wolf operates five resorts nationwide.
