A man who led police in Billings, Montana, on a high-speed chase was taken into custody on the Crow Reservation after agreeing to be arrested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Juan Flores, 36, refused to stop for Billings police and instead wanted to be arrested on tribal land. He was booked into the tribal jail on traffic violations but Billings police still want to charge him.
Flores reportedly had his 13-year-old daughter in the car during the chase.
