Two Indian teens with a troubled past are being banished from the Fort Hall Reservation in Idaho on Monday.
The teens have a history of substance abuse, thefts and assaults. Officials of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes say banishment is the only way to deal with the troubled youth.
The teens are not tribal members but their mother is. The whole family may have to move.
