Between 2,000 to 3,000 people are expected to attend the 16th annual High Plains Powwow at Concordia College in Minnesota this Saturday.
The theme this year is �Where the Woodlands Meet the Plains." For the first time, it will be a contest powwow.
The event moves between Concordia College, Minnesota State University-Moorhead and North Dakota State University.
