Makah Nation says fish catch won't hurt others

The vice chairman of the Makah Nation of Washington says the tribe's large salmon catch won't affect others despite concern from state officials.

Tribal fisherman took 18,500 chinook instead of the 1,600 earlier anticipated. That led state officials to fear others would be hurt.

But vice chairman Dave Sones said there is plenty of fish to go around.
