A New York man is offering $10,000 for a mummy of a miniature human discovered in the mountains of Wyoming in 1932.
John Adolfi wants the Pedro Mountain Mummy in order to conduct DNA, X-rays and other tests. He wants to prove the mummy is one of the little people known as Nimerigar in Shoshone tradition.
The mummy disappeared sometime in the 1950s. An anthropology professor who examined X-rays of the remains say they were of an infant who suffered from anencephaly, a birth defect, not of a tiny adult.
