An elderly Navajo woman who lived alone is believed to have been killed by dogs or coyotes.
Eloise Nez, 67, was found mauled to death outside her home in a remote area outside of Shiprock, New Mexico. An autopsy is pending.
Family members found Nez's body on November 30. She recently had eye surgery and used crutches to walk.
