The FBI is investigating the death of a man at a jail on the Rocky Boy's Reservation in Montana.
Robert Rotzler, 44, died at the jail after being arrested. He had apparently been involved in a car crash on the reservation.
Winona Denny, Rotzler's fiancee, said Rotzler was suicidal and had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Rotzler was Alaska Native.
