The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation is moving some of its employees to a new $19 million office and retail center in Norwich, Connecticut.
The tribe has leased about half of the office space in the building. Other tenants are expected to move in.
The tribe and city leaders hope the center will revitalize the downtown area.
