Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (Massachusetts) will attend the Gallup Ceremonial and meet with tribal leaders during a jaunt through New Mexico and Arizona.

Kerry is scheduled to attend the 83rd-annual ceremonial in Gallup, New Mexico, on Sunday. He will then head to Arizona via train, where he will be joined by Navajo Nation leaders. He is scheduled to go through Flagstaff on Sunday and the Grand Canyon on Monday.

Sen. John Edwards (North Carolina), Kerry's running mate, will be in New Mexico with Kerry but will not go to Arizona.

Navajo voters in Arizona overwhelmingly chose Kerry in their state's primary.
