The Crow Tribe of Montana is looking for investors to start a coal-fired power plant on the reservation.
The tribe wants to sell power generated at the 250 to 500 megawatt plant. The tribe says its power will be competitively-priced or possibly cheaper.
The tribe received a $250,000 grant from the Department of Interior to update its marketing plan for the project.
